You may not tick every box, but if you're driven by the same purpose and believe in what we’re building, we’d still like to hear from you.
Why join us?
At Davidhorn, we’re not just building software-we’re building tools that help real investigators make better decisions in complex, high-stakes situations. When someone’s freedom, safety, or reputation is on the line, the quality of an investigation matters. And the tools behind that investigation matter too.
You’ll work on technology that’s directly used in interview rooms, case reviews, and frontline investigations across more than 40 countries. We have strong traction, a growing customer base, and the trust of police forces, prosecutors, and oversight bodies. That trust has been earned over years- and it's what gives us the mandate to do more now.
We believe the future of investigative work is not fully human, nor fully automated-but collaborative. That’s why we’re applying large language models and other AI technologies not to replace human judgment, but to support it: to reduce friction, surface what matters, and help professionals move with clarity and speed.
We’re backed by committed, long-term owners who believe in the mission and in building for the long haul-not chasing short-term gains. And we’re just getting started.
If you want to work on something that touches real cases, real lives, and real decisions-and you want to help shape how technology can responsibly support justice-we’d like to hear from you!
Tech-Stack includes, but is not limited to:
PostgrSQL, Python, Svelte, PHP, Golang, C++, Kubernetes, Azure, Svelte, Svelte Kit, .NET, Kotlin, Swift
