About the Position
As a Senior Developer you will extend our expertise beyond the interview room and into productivity, efficiency, and quality improvement with the help of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). While we will continue to focus significantly on interview recording, we also aim to add value by utilizing the results from interviews for further beneficial actions. We need a pioneering Tech Lead to join our current team consisting of five members. You will be part of the leadership team within Tech and report to the CTO.
Overall Responsibilities:
- You will act as the main point of contact for liaison with the Product supporting team.
- Support the team in tech and architecture decisions and drive decision making on tech choices and direction for the team.
- Be an advocate of continuous improvement.
- Identify constraints together with the team and ensure they are resolved or escalated where necessary.
- Equip our skills for leadership Communication, Problem Solving, Execution, Learning and Feedback to lead and inspire the team.
- Deliver value and technical excellence in conducted work.
- Encourage positive and transparent dialog and discussion.
- Encourage and facilitate the full participation of all team members in group activities.
